I was a bit leery about purchasing a chair over the internet that I could not see in person, and physically interact with. After reading some reviews of Laura Davidson Direct, I decided to take a chance and purchase two of these Rockefeller Task Chairs in white. I figured with their 60 day return policy I had nothing to lose. I do not foresee sending them back, though I saved the boxes just in case. Delivery took a little under a week, and they arrived in excellent condition as they were very well packed. Directions were easy to follow, and assembly was very simple. The materials the chairs are made of feel very high end, and they are well constructed. Feels like they will last a very long time. When I first sat down in this chair, I was surprised by how comfortable it is. I chose these particularly for their style and didn't know what to expect as far as comfort goes. I am thrilled with how they feel. My wife - who has the second chair - agrees. After several days of use, I'm in love with them. Might be the most comfortable office chair I've owned, and I have one that I spent more on that isn't as comfy. If you're on the fence about making a purchase for one or more of these chairs, I'd highly recommend you pull the trigger. If they fall apart anytime soon, I'll come back and re-review, but I don't expect that based on what I've experienced so far.

Great build quality and comfortable but I’ve only had it for a couple of weeks and there is already some wearing on the wood veneer. I’ve only sat on it a few times. I can’t return it because they won’t accept returns on anything other than perfect condition. I recommend the company but not this particular chair.
